SLM Corp.

SLM Corp. (ISM) Seems to have been on a constant loosing streak for the past year. But in the past day its stock has gone up from about 20.2 to 20.7. Is it finally at the end of its loosing streak? I think this stock is something to watch. It could quickly make a lot of people a lot richer, or it could continue its longterm downward trend. But don't take my word for it, do some research.
